Where can I find the model number?

Please look on the body of the machine or tool. It is usually printed on a metallic sticker.

Why doesn't my tool work ?

Please check your carbon brushes to see how much of it is used.

Please check you cord for damage.

If there is still a problem please bring the tool in for repair.

When does my extended warranty begin?

We only honor manufacture warranties, such as DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee…etc. We do not cover other distributor’s extended warranties.
